What we collect
The contact form collects a parent or guardian name, email, optional phone number, the student's grade level, an optional topic and preferred times, and your message. We do not ask for a child's name.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service, to the PerplexMath team by email. Data is used only to reply to your inquiry.
