Two friends. Fifteen years. One mission: make math make sense.

PerplexMath began with a friendship. Akash and Logan met in kindergarten, fifteen years ago, and they have been study partners ever since. Homework nights, group projects, and test-week cram sessions turned into a habit: whoever understood an idea first explained it to the other.

Along the way, classmates started asking for help too. Again and again they saw the same thing: math is rarely about being “bad at it.” It is about a missing step nobody slowed down to explain. When someone finally sees the why, everything after it gets easier.

That is what we do at PerplexMath. We slow down, we make it make sense, and we help students build confidence that carries into every class. The infinity in our logo, with a small sprout growing from it, is our promise: growth with no limit.

We tutor online and in person across the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area, for students in grades 3–11.
